What parking options are available?
Open surface parking is available at no charge on a first come, first served basis. Detached garages are also available for $150 per month.

Cobblestone is conveniently located near a variety of employers and services. Publix is just 1.5 miles away, with University Dentistry, O2B Kids, and Lowe's also close by. Car dealerships including Toyota, Honda, and Nissan are about 2.5 miles away. UF Health Care is approximately 3 miles out, and UF Health Shands is within 3.5 miles.
Are there shopping and dining options nearby? What are the hot spots?
Residents have plenty of great dining options nearby including Chipotle, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Coffee Culture, Smoothie King, Tropical Smoothie Café, Big Mill's Cheesesteak, Adam's Ribco, and a local Caribbean cuisine spot — all just minutes from the community.
Are parks or outdoor recreation areas nearby?

Yes! Cobblestone is served by RTS bus routes 8 and 29. We do not currently have a designated rideshare meet-up area.
