FAQ
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE I CHOOSE AN
APARTMENT HOME?
A lease is a basic agreement between you and the owner of the
community. The lease is legally binding and enforceable through the
legal system. If you choose to move out before the end of the lease
terms, the resident could still be responsible to pay the remainder
of the lease agreement.
WHAT DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED?
A deposit of $0 if fully approved/guarantor and if not, a 1 month
deposit.
IS RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
No, however it is encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can
purchase to protect your personal property as the
management/landlords is not responsible for replacement to tenants.
Replacement of your belongings if they are damaged, lost, or stolen
could be covered. The Collier Companies does not promote any
specific insurance coverage.
WHAT TYPE OF APARTMENTS ARE
AVAILABLE?
Cobblestone Apartments offers 2 and 3 bedroom townhome style floor
plans, with the options of standard and upgraded units. Ask your
leasing specialist which floor plan may work best for you based on
what you are looking for in your new apartment home.
WHEN IS RENT DUE?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 4th
of the month. A $50 fee is added to the delinquent account on the
4th, and $10/day thereafter not to exceed $250. Online rental
payments can be made through the Resident Portal.
